This is our most popular band and is perfect for those familiar with resistance training or who are reasonable fit. Supplied with resitance training booklet covering key resistance exercises. 15cm bands can be used with our Resistance Tube Handles (available separately)

Care Instructions:
Resistance bands are made of latex which is an organic natural substance, which will break down and deteriorate over time. It should therefore be protected from extreme temperatures, chemicals, perfumes, sweat and moisture, which may speed up deterioration.
Storing these products properly will help prolong the life of the product. Resistance bands should be laid flat and dusted with talcum powder from time to time. This prevents the rubber from sticking together when warm and will aid the process of tying and untying the bands

Delivery timescales are based on working days; Public Holidays, Saturday's and Sunday's are NOT classed as working days.
Most parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am-8pm
From time to time carriers may deliver earlier or later, or on non working days however this is cannot be guaranteed nor should it be expected.
Orders placed with any of the express delivery options before the cut off time on a Friday would be dispatched same day and be due for delivery on Monday. If ordered after the cut off time on Friday or over the weekend they would not be due for dispatch until Monday and expected for delivery Tuesday.
