Our Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Unfortunately we cant offer free returns alongside the most competitive prices, but we do offer returns labels from £3.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging with tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Boxed products (e.g shoeboxes) placed in mailing bag
  • Worn or damaged returns will be rejected

Returns Process

  • Create your return below, then Pack up and drop off your return
  • No upfront payment for returns - cost deducted from refund
  • For exchanges complete the returns section on the order form included in parcel
  • Returns are usually processed within 3-5 days

Additional Information

Our returns methods typically cost less than paying for labels over the counter or using other online booking
(prices range from £3.55-£10.75) but you can arrange your own return if preferred.

We recommend using a tracked/signed - or service with additional compensation if the value of your return is over £200.

If you are struggling to arrange a return - or your quoted an excessive price please contact us before returning.


Returns are typically processed within a few days - you will recieve email updates once the return reaches us and then when processed.


If you request an exchange - and the size is unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative exchange.


Items returned under warranty - are subject to the manufacturers inspection procedures which do take longer to resolve.

If you require an replacement sooner - you can reorder and we would honour a refund once the original return has been accepted.
