KICKR RUN Setup and Delivery
- KICKR RUN requires a dedicated 200-240V, 50-60Hz, 16 amp or 32 amp circuit, without RCB / RCD protection at either outlet or breaker. Features like Run Free Mode, and the ability to reach speeds up to 4 minutes per mile // 2:30 minutes per km, demand significant power that could trip breakers in your home.

- KICKR RUN will ship within 10-14 business days of purchase, subject to a completed delivery questionnaire.

This is a large, heavy, palletised item, due to the size and weight — it typically requires a 3 to 4-person install team.
If you live above ground level or have tricky access, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the best options.
A minimum of 2 metres of space behind the treadmill is recommended for safe dismounting.
Making sure you are home
Once your order is ready to ship we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date when you will be home to take delivery.
Delivery and installation will be completed by Wahoo's expert team.
Taking Delivery
Please note: KICKR RUN measures 183 cm long, 97 cm wide and 148 cm high. You'll need at least 203 cm of clear space behind it and 61 cm on either side (total footprint: 447 cm length x 219 cm width).
We recommend your ceiling height is at least 61 cm taller than the tallest runner using the treadmill. The deck rises from 30 cm to 46 cm depending on incline.
A dedicated 220v, 15-amp circuit is required, with a non-RCBO outlet or breaker.
Recommended surface type
Because of the movement of the wheels attached to the front legs used to change the grade of the treadmill, we suggest a hard/semi-hard surface, particularly avoiding high nap carpet or rugs, as the movement will accelerate wear.
For protecting hard/semi-hard surfaces (concrete, wood or synthetic laminate flooring, or low nap carpet, we suggest using a dense rubber gym flooring mat. 8 mm thick - 244 cm x 132 cm
Connectivity Requirements
For setup and firmware updates - Wi-Fi or a cell > Wi-Fi hotspot 2.4GHz or a cell data connection and Bluetooth on a mobile device capable of running the Wahoo app for iOS or Android
