Love this smart bike

Great smart bike. Responsive Start Fitness customer service following order. Smooth delivery. Delivery service was very helpful and flexible.
The bike was well packed for transit. Build was straight forward. The ride experience was smooth, comfortable (with quick release adjustments and own saddle) and very quite, as advertised.
I had bit of confusion linking bike with training App (Zwift/Rouvy) as these wouldn't find the smart bike bluetooth until I also uploaded, signed into, and connected it to the Wahoo App.

Fantastic indoor trainer. Very smooth and lifelike. Once you’ve acquired the bike however, the next step is to decide which software to use which is not so straightforward (Wahoo Systm, Zwift, Rouvy, MyWhoosh etc. etc.)!!

Perfect for colder/wetter days!

A very impressive piece of kit. Extremely robust, well engineered, and easy to assemble. You need to decide which software to use (which will probably be a trial and error process), but you need the turbo trainer or smart bike (in this case) as the platform and so far I’m very impressed. I’m less than a week in to riding it (using the Wahoo software as well as Rouvy and MyWhoosh), and no complaints thus far (at least not for the Kickr Shift). As for the software options then I’ll hold out giving an opinion until I’ve put a few of them through their paces (using the free 14 or 30 day trials).
