USA Delivery

Orders placed with total value upto $800 using standard delivery will be sent using a postal service which includes all duties and taxes paid.

There will be no extra charges to pay on or before delivery, the price displayed in the checkout is the final price.

For orders over $800 or placed with express delivery the total price is exclusive of sales taxes and may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

Bike Delivery

All of the bikes we sell are physically in stock at the point of purchase but come from the manufacturer unassembled and have to be built and safety checked before shipping.

The assembly process will begin as soon as we recieve full payment on a completed order and typically takes a few days to complete.

Orders are processed and assembled by our fully qualified mechanics on first come first served basis in date order.

Once fully checked and boxed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date when you will be at the delivery address to take delivery.

Our bikes are despatched with a premium delivery service which usually delivers next working day (excludes weekends & public holidays) for mainland UK orders.

It may take slightly longer for some areas, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and outlying Scottish areas. Please click here to see a list of postcodes which may be impacted.

International bike orders will be dispatched as soon as the bike is boxed and typically take upto a week to arrive.

Start Fitness delivery pass is available to purchase on the website and during the checkout process.
Once purchased you will receive free standard delivery on any subsequent qualifying orders for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Free standard delivery will only apply to orders to shipped to a UK address placed with the same customer account or email address.
Delivery pass cannot be transferred to another account or email address.
Some items may not be available with the delivery pass, these will not be counted as qualifying purchases this includes but is not limited to Bikes, Bike Frames, Wheelsets and Forks.
If the delivery pass isn't visible at checkout for your basket, this determines that the order you are trying to place consists of a non-qualifying item or number of items.
Items that require a specialist delivery service are not included in a qualifying orders.
