Nomio is a breakthrough performance shot developed with Swedish researchers and tested with elite athletes for over a decade. Formulated with completely organic and natural ingredients, Nomio is a drink engineered to prepare your body for hard efforts and big training blocks.
Nomio is a natural sports formula designed for endurance athletes to enhance performance. It is a natural, organic, and WADA-compliant performance shot derived from broccoli sprouts, designed to enhance endurance, reduce lactate buildup, and boost recovery. It contains isothiocyanates (ITC) that naturally occur in vegetables like broccoli, which is a known activator of NRF2, the body's regulator system of stress. Activating NRF2 prepares the body for physical stress, allowing it to better manage exercise and exhaustion. In training, it's linked to a reduction of blood lactate, oxidative stress, and faster training adaptations. It also improves your ability to handle high training loads and recover faster.
Features:
- NRF2 Activator - Prepares the body for physical stress, allowing for better exercise and exhaustion management.
- When To Take - Advised to take three hours before hard training or races for the best results.
- Shelf Life - Up to eight months when refrigerated, up to eight weeks at room temperature.
- World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Compliant
- Each box contains 4 servings.
- Ingredients - 80% Broccoli Sprout extracts, 15% Lemon, 5% Sugar.
- Capacity - 60ml (per shot).
