Most parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am-8pm

From time to time carriers may deliver outside of these hours or on non working days.

We will provide tracking for each order to allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and if necessary make alternative arrangements for delivery where possible.

We use a range of different courier services provided by DHL, DPD, EVRi and Royal Mail.

Delivery pass works best when logged into your customer account, ordering through the standard website checkout, express checkouts such as applepay, paypal, googlepay or shop pay dont access your customer account so you may not see the free delivery option. Please use the standard website checkout process or if you would like to pay with one of these methods we will refund standard delivery charges for qualifying purchases.

Start Fitness delivery pass is available to purchase on the website and during the checkout process.
Once purchased you will receive free standard delivery on any subsequent qualifying orders for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Free standard delivery will only apply to orders to shipped to a UK address placed with the same customer account or email address.
Delivery pass cannot be transferred to another account or email address.
Some items may not be available with the delivery pass, these will not be counted as qualifying purchases this includes but is not limited to Bikes, Bike Frames, Wheelsets and Forks.
If the delivery pass isn't visible at checkout for your basket, this determines that the order you are trying to place consists of a non-qualifying item or number of items.
Items that require a specialist delivery service are not included in a qualifying orders.
