Maurten Solid 160 is a two-piece, oat- and rice-based chewable fuel — 1 pack, 2 mini-bars. 40 grams of carbohydrates split into equal 20-gram servings for optimized fueling. Your go-to fuel — fast, light, low-fiber, and carbohydrate-rich.

Solid contains 40 grams of carbohydrates, the same as Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160. Whichever fuel mode you choose, measuring your energy is simple. It’s Maurten’s modular fueling system, making it easier for athletes to calculate their carbohydrate consumption during training and racing.

A Solid wrapper encapsulates 2 mini-bars — 20 grams of carbohydrates in each. Eat it all or save half for later. Break down your training. Break down your race. Break down your fuel.

Before: Solid 160 can be used before training to load carbohydrates and keep fiber low. It’s a great pre-race breakfast or snack in the days leading up to a big goal.
During: Solid is an ideal fuel to consume during low-to-medium intensity endurance sessions over 2 hours. It helps add variety into your fueling without compromising the absorption rate of the carbohydrates.
After: Hard training sessions or races should be rewarded. Solid is a great tool for replenishing carbohydrates quickly.
Serves you right
Timing of fueling is everything. The longer the session — the more so. Solid enables athletes to mimic their normal food pattern — mid-race or around training. To consume textured, chewable fuel at times when they would ordinarily eat a meal. To maintain balance and rhythm — limiting gastrointestinal stress.
Solid is a dose of real on long races or steady training over 2 hours. Something to bite and chew on — with no loss of efficiency for fueling the body. Chewing your fuel won’t slow you down.

Most parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am-8pm
From time to time carriers may deliver earlier or later, or on non working days however this is cannot be guaranteed nor should it be expected.
Orders placed with any of the express delivery options before the cut off time on a Friday would be dispatched same day and be due for delivery on Monday. If ordered after the cut off time on Friday or over the weekend they would not be due for dispatch until Monday and expected for delivery Tuesday.
