The Compressport Alpine Ski Full socks have been reinvented to allow you to make the most of the great winter wilderness. These knee-high socks are compressive, protective and, above all, warm. A careful blend of merino wool and Mulberry silk fibres combine in a thick plush fabric to create strong, cushioned panels for maximum comfort on even the coldest of days. The gradual compression stimulates blood flow, maintaining circulation even when sitting on the chairlift, and prevents numbness in the toes. This technology also helps to reduce muscle vibration for less discomfort, less pain and lighter legs.
A large 3D.Dots surface on the shin joins the extra-large Achilles tendon points to cushion and protect the foot from the pressures of ski boots. They also improve the grip to prevent the foot from moving, so you don't have to tighten your boots too tightly and risk cutting off blood circulation. A bridge fit with stimulation technology activates venous return and prevents the sock from twisting and causing blisters. The wide ergonomic toe cap combines wool and silk for optimal thermoregulation with more plush pique fabric for improved proprioception and downhill feel.
