Pre-tension Bolt for Shimano Hollowtech II Cranks.
Simplify things with an 8mm fitting and add a splash of your favourite anodised colour. Never worry about turning the garage upside down at midnight to find that little ‘thingy’ to pre tension your cranks ever again.
Remember this product needs minimal torque and do not exceed the manufacturers maximum recommended torque 0.7 to 1.5Nm.

Most parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am-8pm
From time to time carriers may deliver earlier or later, or on non working days however this is cannot be guaranteed nor should it be expected.
Orders placed with any of the express delivery options before the cut off time on a Friday would be dispatched same day and be due for delivery on Monday. If ordered after the cut off time on Friday or over the weekend they would not be due for dispatch until Monday and expected for delivery Tuesday.
