    SMART MOTOR UNIT
The placement of the eBikemotion® X35 PLUS motor unit in the rear wheel distributes the weight of the battery and motor more evenly across the bike, leading to a more stable and comfortable ride. An iWOC One remote control is included so riders can command their own riding experience with three assistance levels.
The X35 Plus unit is complemented by a 250Wh battery which charges quickly in 3.5/4 hours and permits up to 1,200 metres of elevation gain in one charge. The motor and battery unit combined weighs only 3.5kg.

    SPECIAL ALUMINUM FRAME
The Impulso make use of a renewed version of the Impulso’s hydroformed aluminum frame, with mudguard eyelets and mounting points for a rear carrier rack. All Impulso also makes use of a full-carbon Bianchi fork, for lightweight precision control.

    ROAD: INSPIRE EVERY RIDER
The e-Impulso road is an incredibly versatile e-road bike, and it is not limited to use solely on the tarmac. Wide tyre clearances of up to 40mm with 700c wheels allow riders to travel off the beaten path without restriction. The Impulso E-Road comes in classic Bianchi celeste with timeless black graphics.

    DELIVERY

    Ready to ride

Every bike from Start Fitness is fully checked & assembled before despatch and will arrive, almost, ready to ride. Each bike is assembled by one of our CyTech accredited mechanics and then packed into one of our custom boxes.
This process has a lead time of 7 working days. Unfortunately during peak times this may be slightly delayed. We will however, aim to despatch your bike as quickly as possible. Minimal assembly, with basic tools, is required before you can ride. Assembly tools are not usually included. Please note: Some bikes are not supplied with pedals. Manufacturers don’t know if you want flat or clipless pedals - rather than send the bike with the wrong type, they leave the choice for you to make.

    Making sure you are home

Once fully checked and boxed, we will contact you to book a delivery date. Our bikes are despatched on a next working day service (excludes weekends & bank holidays) for UK mainland orders, or a two day service to Northern Ireland and outlying Scottish areas. European bike deliveries usually take approximately one week.

    Taking Delivery

Any mechanical or cosmetic issues need to be reported to us within one week of the delivery date. If you do not plan on using the bike straight away, we advise that you remove it from the box and check it over ASAP as we cannot be responsible for any reported issues (other than standard warranty issues) later than one week from the date that the bicycle was delivered.

    First Service

After a few weeks of riding (we recommend around 6-8 weeks, regardless of how much the bike has been used), a new bike will need a service to make final adjustments and to re-check all nuts and bolts. This is necessary as the bike goes through a ‘bedding in’ phase, after which, final adjustment may be necessary. We recommend that this is carried out by a CyTech qualified mechanic.

It is important to have these checks carried out to prevent any avoidable problems which may not be covered by warranty and to ensure the smooth running of your bicycle. If you’re local to us, we’re able to offer this first service free of charge* at our Newcastle store (NE1 6JE). You’ll just need to call our workshop on 0191 917 3825 to book your service in, and don’t forget to bring your proof of purchase when you drop the bike off with us.

If you’ve had the bike delivered, it will be your responsibility to ensure a first service is carried out at a trusted bike shop local to you, preferably by a Cytech certified mechanic. Start Fitness are unfortunately not able to cover any costs associated with this service if carried out by another store.

*Please note that this complimentary check-over does not include any labour to replace worn parts or to fit new accessories. All bikes should be delivered to us in a clean and serviceable condition, or a £15 cleaning charge will be payable.

    Bike Servicing

Bicycles need to be serviced regularly, as a guideline we would advise on at least one full service per year and/or a standard service twice a year. If the bike is used regularly in adverse conditions, more regular servicing may be required.

    Great Bike

My wife purchased this recently from Start Fitness. We attended the Newcastle Shop to try the medium for size. Alex had made the bike up and we agreed the purchase including a small discount which was appreciated. The bike arrived a week later in a secure box via DPD. Just required bars fitting and she was ready to go. Gears, brakes all set up correctly and no apparent damage, scuffs etc. This bike has been a revelation for us allowing my wife and I to tackle taxing terrain together with a range of what appears to be nearly 100 miles on a full charge using eco mode (lowest assistance). Just a shame the electric assistance doesn't continue to 20mph (like in USA) instead of cutting out at 15.5mph but this is down to UK legislation. Also the rubbish Herrmans Rim Tape which was not centred during wheel construction, leading to rear wheel punctures on her first two rides caused by spoke holes not being covered. P.S. The neat Bianchi multi tool supplied does not contain the correct hex key to allow removal of rear wheel.

    Nice wheels

First of all the courier was atrocious he left my 3 and a half grand bike unattended unsigned for round the next doors house at the back which I wouldn't see as I've not got a back door only front and side I was livid he could have done that..anyway after getting it unpacked and set up on my own..I'm not a spring chicken lol..I managed to get out in this horrible winter weather and give it a blast..it goes pretty well although I limit it to the lowest setting so I've to still do the hard work up them there yorkshire hills and on the less hillier and flat it goes pretty quick with no assistance but I'm pretty fit anyway..only bit t at I have trouble with is the faff if changing the resistance up as why they placed the start button below the standover bar is a pain to find while your riding as you have to shift your leg out wide to get to it..like I say I've only had the one 30 mile ride but look forward to the better weather
