High 5 Energy Gels are very easy to fit into your running gear like belts or vest. Easy to open and consume whiel running, give you a real boost for the next couple of miles.
Very nice bit of kit, the seat didn’t drop at all whilst using the clamp, and even though you can get it tight, it’s easy to close and open, and quite a nice ‘smoothness’ to it. Expensive, but glad I bought it.
The docks are comfortable, easy to put on and nice throughout the day. Definitely buy again.
This is my forth pair of Mizuno Wave Rider 26 shoes - they work well for me so I'm not changing. This edition has, I think, an extra 2mm of sole. I'm 4 runs in now and haven't really noticed the change. Start Fitness had my size in stock at a good price. Buying was easy, delivery was quick, quality was all good.

I love Brooks shoes. Always run in Brooks Adrenaline which suit my running. Trail shoes first time of trying so the jury is out but I'm sure they will be great
