What’s new in the Adizero Adios Pro 5

The Pro 5 is now 25g lighter than the previous model.

The reduced weight is a result of its new LIGHTLOCK 2.0 UPPER, lower density Lightstrike
Pro and the ENERGYRIM construction compared to Energyrods 2.0.

The new ENERGYRIM and LIGHTSTRIKE PRO midsole also deliver optimal bending
stiffness and 9% more energy return than the Pro 4.

The structure of the shoe also allows for uninterrupted LIGHTSTRIKE PRO
directly underfoot for improved feel.

Adizero Continues To Break Records

Adizero's latest legendary achievements include the breaking of the 2-hour
marathon mark by Sabastian Sawe (1:59:30) and Yomif Kejelcha (1:59:41) at the
2026 London Marathon — a milestone moment powered by ADIZERO.

On the same day, the women-only world record was broken by Tigst Assefa
(2:15:41) - wearing Adizero.

Every ADIZERO is built to feel fast and the ADIZERO Adios Pro 5 is crafted from
the same record-breaking tech in the ADIZERO Adios Pro EVO 3 — the official
