What is contrast therapy?
Contrast therapy is the science of alternating between hot and cold temperatures to stimulate blood flow, reduce inflammation, and accelerate healing.
It’s a proven technique used by elite athletes and is now designed to fit your everyday routine with no ice, no cords and an easy setup time.
