Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
Bank Holidays, Saturday's and Sunday's are NOT classed as working days.
For example orders which are placed with the "Next Working Day Delivery" option before 4:30pm on a Friday will be despatched Friday and delivered Monday.
If ordered Friday after 4.30pm or over the weekend the order will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
From time to time carriers may be able to deliver parcels on non-working days however this is not guaranteed nor should it be expected.

Most items are delivered Monday to Saturday, 7.30am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later)

Your order will be processed and shipped via our standard postage service*.
We use a range of different courier services provided by DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. Our internal systems determine which service to use when shipping your order.
*In order to deliver the best possible service we may send your order with a different service to the one you select.
Express Delivery
Postage cost is calculated at the checkout, based on weight and size of your order.
Your order will be processed and shipped with high priority and dispatched the same day (if you order before our 2:00pm UK time threshold). Orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. For lead times to your country please see the 'Where We Deliver' section below
Saturday and Sunday are NOT classed as business/working days

*In order to deliver the best possible service we may send your order with a different service to the one you select.
Please note that some security & customs delays have been reported in mail, in particular to Israel, Russia, USA & India. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control. We are finding that most orders are arriving within our delivery timescales, but a small number are being severely delayed, but do eventually arrive at their destination.
Express Delivery
Your order will be processed and shipped with high priority and dispatched the same day (if you order before our 2:00pm UK Time threshold).
