I need a support shoe and previously had the transcend for marathon distance and found them great. Wanted something similar but a little quicker/less cushion so went for the bedlam on sale at 99. Its definitely faster and sleeker look long but be careful with sock choice. The knitted upper design rides high on the heel and a good ankle sock is required to avoid friction and injury which happened me on run 2. With good socks its a decent shoe for sure and Im still happy with my decision but I havent taken them beyond the 10K yet. Hope this helps.
