Returns Policy
If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for a full refund or exchange as long as they are in a resalable condition.However, return postage is payable by the customer (unless Start Fitness error) and any exchanges would need to be covered by a return postage charge of £1 clothing or £2 for footwear.Most customers use the Royal Mail to return goods to us as this is usually the cheapest way.
